Automated reminders are coming from users instead of Smartsheet Automation

Hi all,

I have notifications set up to come from Smartsheet Automation, but when the notifications are sent, they seem to be coming from users (I assume the triggering user). Any ideas? How can I fix this? Thanks.

@florian.zbinden7 Thanks, but that is not quite my question. I have it set to send from Smartsheet Automation, not Triggering User, so there shouldn't be anyone's name in the notification. Do you know why it is adding names?
