This formula is not working for me:

=COUNTIFS({Status1}, "Complete", {Organization1}, "HR", {Quarter and Year}, "Q1 / 2024" && "Q2 / 2024")

I think you may be missing an OR function, assuming that you want to count if the Quarter and Year is either Q1 / 2024 or Q2 / 2024?

=COUNTIFS({Status1}, "Complete", {Organization1}, "HR", {Quarter and Year}, OR(@cell = "Q1 / 2024", @cell = "Q2 / 2024"))
