If a list of names has a specific name, return that name
I have an org list with everyone's name and role in a sheet. In a separate sheet, I have our roadmap. In the roadmap sheet, I have a column that lists all contributors then separate columns for role types (product, engineering, etc.). The roadmap is exported from a different tool, and I need to parse out the names by role. I need a formula in the roadmap sheet that will look at my contributor column then return the names by role to the correct column. Ex. in the engineering column, I need it to parse out all of the names that are engineers as indicated on the org list sheet. I'm assuming this is some sort of index match contains, but I haven't gotten the right combination yet.
