Stacked column/ bar with two grouping option

Hi Team, I'M currently developed stacked bar using a table with columns and rows in report, but I wanted to check if it can be achieved by two-grouping option in a report?

It cannot. Charts can only build off of the first layer of a grouped report. You would need to move to a sheet with formulas containing cross sheet references to create this.
