How can I access my account from another device? When I log in from another device, I start from 0 again. All my leaves are only active at home.

Smartsheet is SaaS. You should be able to log in via any device, and still have the same experience.

No, unfortunately not. I can log in at home and in the shop/on the go. But I can only see the lists at home. With all other devices I have to start over.

Is there any possibility you're signing in to different versions of Smartsheet? .com, .eu, and .gov are all different instances, meaning the items created in one version will not show in the other version.
Check to make sure the URL you're on is the same across all devices. For example:
