Self-Paced Managing Project Data with Formulas Issue

I'm working through the Managing Project Data with Formulas Issue as noted above. When I go to download the template sets, I keep getting the attached screen. Once I follow the prompt to login, it just brings me to the home page (if you were to click the home icon in the left bar).

Is this happening to anyone else in the general Smartsheet (not Smartsheet University)? Any help is appreciated!

Also, using Google Chrome on a MacBook Air for reference.

Thank you for bringing this to attention. Please log out of Smartsheet, then log back in. This should renew the cookie for authentication and allow access.

Logging out and logging back in didn't work in my regular browser (Google Chrome), but when I opened it in an Incognito window, it did. Thanks!

Have you checked to see if there is a sub-folder within your Sheets folder or a new workspace with the template set in it?

Yes, I refreshed a few times, but nothing new is appearing (it would be "4. …")
