Hey Everyone,

Is there a way to cleanly add a URL in my auto alert messages. For example:

Instead of writing:

"For further information visit the FAQ page : www.FAQ.com

I'd love to write:

"For further information visit the FAQ page where FAQ Page has a link embedded to it.

Hello @BIP,

Yes, you can get a URL to appear in your automated messages.

• Make a column specifically for the URL.
• If you embed the link (i.e., FAQ PAGE) it will not be a URL in the message but it will be a URL in the field display (see below).
• If you keep the link a literal link (i.e., www.FAQ.com)

Here is the very simple Sheet I set up (clicking Send triggers the automation) with a side by side of how the two notifications manifest.

Thank you for replying to my question.

I'm trying to alert someone by automating it. I have to include a couple of paragraphs in the customise message section. I was wondering If it was possible to include the embedded link while sending out the customised message? For instance, I have included " For more information visit the FAQ page" can the link to the FAQ page be embedded in the text itself? I'm selecting the message only option as I don't want them to have access to the sheet.
