Shared mailbox does not receive notifications from requests submitted via smartsheet request form

Hope you are doing good.

We have built a
request form in smartsheet for stakeholders to submit requests to us. When
testing, we noticed that when the request is submitted from a shared mailbox
(within the company), the mailbox does not receive notifications about request
changes/comments added to the request.
Many of our stakeholders work with shared mailboxes, which can be covered by
multiple people (part time/sickness/holidays), so using personal company email
adresses for each request is not an option. Putting people in cc also leads to
everyone receiving notification for every ticket.

How can we enable
notifications for shared mailboxes? Is it a restriction on smartsheet side or a
restriction on outlook?
