Pre-populating sheet to show in a form to collect additional information
Hi,
I am hoping that someone can help me.
I'm creating a form to collect additional information on projects being submitted.
Specifically, I am trying to create the following:
- A form was used to submit a project request into a Project Request sheet
- Another sheet (Project Information) automatically pulls in a few information from the Project Request sheet (Project Name, Submitter, etc.)
- A form from Project Information sheet pre-populated with the Project Name, Submitter, etc. and with additional fields that the user will have to enter for additional information
- This form would then be submitted and the information populated into the corresponding rows for Project Name, submitter, etc.
