Charting Techs per Fiscal Week

Hello,

I am trying to create a chart from a report to show how many techs per fiscal week.

My report is set up like this:

And the resulting chart looks like this:

My question is, how do I get the fiscal week numbers along the horizontal axis?

Under columns included there should be an option to Use column names as category labels.
