Intermittent Attachment Error from Form "There was an error uploading the file"

We have a single user that gets the following error occasionally when making a row and attachment files using a form. About 1 in 25 times. Nobody else can recreate. When she re-enters the same data and file it works the next time. Her internet connection seems good. It happened to her on 2 different browsers. There is nothing in the file size or type that shows a pattern.

"There was an error uploading the file 'xxxx.doc'. Please try again later"

There is a webhook linked to the new row event on the sheet but it appears not to fire when she sees the error. No new row is made.

We have all attempted to recreate. No success.

Anyone seen this?

The only time I see that error is when I (or a user) try to "attach" a link to a Google Drive document or a document located on some kind of cloud share. It's common for our users to use the Google Drive extension for windows that makes it look like G:. When trying to attach a "file" from G:, the form throws an error as it's not an actual file but instead is a proxied link back to Google's cloud.
