How to transform Workapp content into a Portfolio view?
I feel like I am asking a really easy question but how do you view smartsheet items in a workapp in this portfolio view? This is from the create solution templates but I cant seem to find an way to make this view where it shows sheets/reports/dashboards in one viewable area like this? Does this require a different smartsheet license to create?
I cant seem to find this view anywhere besides on create a solution templates

That's a view specific to the template gallery and isn't a generally available layout.
You can somewhat replicate that by creating a workapp that has your content (dashboards, sheets, etc) in it. The navigation panel is on the left, though, and content is in the middle.
