Smartsheet Notification uploading into PageUp

We have set up a notification(message only) to send to Pageup using a mail match tag. The email is being received by PageUp fine, and the Subject of the Email is coming through fine but the body of message is not coming through - the results that come through look like some kind of code describing the font

Our IT guys have asked to see the source code of the notification coming out of smartsheet

but have no idea where to even look

Has any body got some ideas or expiernce with Pageup?

I personally do not have any experience with Pageup and I'm unsure exactly how you're connecting the two applications, however what about using the content from the row instead of using the notification email?

The trigger for the email workflow could be the same trigger that you use to get the row data in the sheet, using the API or a third party application such as Zapier or Workato. If your plan has access to Smartsheet's Bridge, that could also be another way to get the row data and add in a custom message to send to Pageup.
