Communication with external clients on projects

Hello Smartsheets community! Is there another way communicate external clients without giving them access to sheets used internally besides adding them to proofs?

Hi Kaseem,

You can go about this a few ways:

1. Make an external client facing sheet and pull back or push information you need from them.
2. Make a dashboard for external facing clients with reports filtered down to the user for them to interact with the content. You will need to either publish the report or share them to the underlying sheet.
3. Make a Workapp that is external facing.
