I'm having trouble translating my formulas from a google sheet over to a smartsheet

Im trying to import the above into smartsheet with the formulas in the google sheet but am getting errors.

I'm getting the following error:

This is great that you are migrating your data into Smartsheets. So, the formulas in google sheet are going to be slightly different in Smartsheet. Happy to hop on a call to walk you through it.
