Counting the amount of cells above the average

Hi community,
I want to make a formula that counts the amount of times a value is above the average and starts again when the amount drops below the average. Data is added over time and needs to be included to manage the overall trend.
I have a master sheet with different conditions and I need to implement this for each condition separately. But I don't know where to start.
Do I need to make a different Grid for every condition and or is it possible to add another column.

I already know the average (31.20) and this average change with each batch.
