Adjust Saving in iOS App

Is there a way to adjust saving preferences in the mobile/iPad iOS app? Currently it saves anytime you navigate between cells so updating any more than one cell at a time is a huge pain. It also takes way longer to save than in web.

I'm aware of how to adjust in web, but that doesnt seem to matter for apps.
