Should I be able to indent these rows?

I am trying to indent the rows under ink cartridge check to make it a parent row, but the indent option is grayed out. I have never ran into this before. Could it be the column types?

Hi @Alicia D

That usually happens when there is a blank row above the children. Maybe you have a filter set that's hiding the blank row.
