Conversations- Date format how do you change?
Good Morning,
In all the videos I've seen, the Conversations date stamp is added immediately, as shown in the first picture; but when we add a note in the Conversations area it shows up like the 2nd picture. We would like the date stamp to look like the first upon entering. How is this accomplished? I've tried quite a few things but nothing has worked.

That is an automatic thing that cannot be changed. I think it should automatically flip over to the other after 24 hours.
