Can we moved the entire row details in same sheet via automation or any other way ?

I have a Smartsheet with all my projects, and it includes a column for project status with 5 phases. When the status of a project changes, the entire row of details needs to move to the appropriate locked section. For example, when the project status changes from "In Progress" to "Finished," the entire row of details should move below the locked "Finished" row.

Rearranging rows in one sheet isn't really something that I'm aware is part of the design. You could conceivably have five sheets with individual phases and use a Move Row automation to relocate the rows based on status - though that gets less-than-scalable rather quickly, because you then have to create multiple automations on each sheet. So the other suggestion might be to use a report to consume the data on your sheet - which you can set up to group by Status. It's also possible to create sheet filters to include only the data required.
