I am writing to express my concern regarding the lack of support and the unfulfilled promise of 15 hours of one-on-one teaching with a Smartsheet technical specialist, despite my subscription for the past four months.
Unfortunately, I have been unable to locate the option to cancel my subscription and request a refund through the available channels.
Could someone assist me with this issue at your earliest convenience?
