Request for Assistance with Subscription Cancellation and Refund

Dear Smartsheet users or employees ,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the lack of support and the unfulfilled promise of 15 hours of one-on-one teaching with a Smartsheet technical specialist, despite my subscription for the past four months.

Unfortunately, I have been unable to locate the option to cancel my subscription and request a refund through the available channels.

Could someone assist me with this issue at your earliest convenience?

    It sounds like you may have purchased an additional Support package (such as the Professional Support package) on top of your plan. If so, here are the links to the training:

    Please make sure you sign in with the correct Smartsheet type/account (.com / .eu / .gov) in order to see what is available for your plan.

    If you're still unhappy with the training provided, I would recommend reaching out directly to the contact that set up your original contract with Professional Support. You can also contact the Finance team here: https://help.smartsheet.com/finance-support

    This Community is also a good resource if you have questions about how to use Smartsheet. Other Smartsheet users may be able to help! However other users won't be able to advise on account issues/questions - please contact Smartsheet directly through the link above.
