Can we use two separate Data Shuttles in one sheet?
There are Project Manager and Project Owner columns in a sheet and both use two separate
Data Shuttles workflows as data comes from two sheets but the data is not flowing to sheet in proper format as the values are not starting from Row 1 in both columns

You can absolutely do this, just need to verify the mapping in Data Shuttle. But all three sheets need to have some connecting value on them. Do you have an project #, Employee ID, or email, something that would remain consistent? Data Shuttle needs to know that "Employee #1234" is going to be copied a specific row. As long as you're doing an "Update" Data Shuttle, you'll see this "Unique Identifier Column" in the "Mapping" stage:

The problem is that there is no connecting value between them. Both the project owner and the project manager are pulled from two different sheets. For the project owner workflow, the unique identifier is the project owner itself, and the same goes for project managers.
