Collect different names from a sheet

Hi all,

I am trying to find a way to collect all different groups and the sum of the employees which belongs to each group. The problem is that in the future there could be additional groups. And I am looking for a way without changing search criterias.

I recommend building a report from your sheet, group by employee groups and summarize to get the sum. When additional groups are added the report will be able to capture the new information.
