How do I get past 'New board view' popup?

Any plan I open has this popup and I can't select maybe later or try it now to remove it.

Reports seem to be unaffected though.

I'm having same issue. It has me locked out of my sheets. Totally stuck in the water and can't do anything.

Having the same exact issue. I logged onto Smartsheet online and had the New Board View popup open but neither the "Maybe later" or "Try it now" buttons are registering a click from my mouse. Both buttons show as highlighted when the mouse/curser hovers over them, but I when I click on either of the buttons there is no response. I am also unable to close the popup, so I am unable to access any of my sheets/workspaces.

I also downloaded the Smartsheet desktop app, which had the exact same problem and is also unusable. Is there a fix coming for this?

I see most people here are having the same problem as me. Did any one found the way to go past this? I still have the issue very present.

I am not having this problem, but 4 people I shared a simple grid Smartsheet with cannot get passed the new board view popup - clicking maybe later, try it now, hitting the escape key doesn't do anything. They tried Chrome and Edge.

Same! I restarted and was able to access one sheet. But the pop-up came back with the next sheet I opened. I can't do any work with this pop-up.

Has anyone resolved this themselves or opened a case and gotten help that way? Product is completely unusable at the moment.

EDIT: Saw on the Smartsheet Status page that the support team is aware of the issue.

EDIT 2: Refreshed browser page and the 'Maybe Later' button now dismisses the popup.

Is locking me off the sheets, tried restarting app, browser and laptop. Buttons have no command associated.
