How to Track Plan vs. Actual for Individual Tasks on Gantt Chart Without Using Baseline

Hi,

Is there any technique to plot Plan vs Actual on the Gantt chart or timeline view without using the baseline?

I want to track a simple plan vs actual for individual tasks. My understanding is the baseline creates plan for all tasks.

There is not at this time. Aside from baselines, you can only display one set of start/finish dates on a gantt chart.

@Amarnath There's not a good option for this other than baseline. I'm sure you could create some complex work around but it would be more trouble than it's worth. I would recommend setting your baseline while you only had dates in those individual tasks, not all the others, THEN add your others and the baseline would only show for those that were present at the time of setting it. It will show the gantt for the new tasks/dates added but not the baseline.
