Can you send an alert to a non-user of smartsheet

I'm creating a form and want to automate an email alert to different team members who are not Users of Smartsheet. Is this possible?

Hi @JLM

Yes, it is possible.

In the "alert someone" automation, choose "Send to contacts in a cell".

Make sure to set the "automation permission" to "Unrestricted".

You can also send update requests, which sends emails faster than the "alert someone".
