  • Grid view is my go-to for sheets used to track my day-to-day tasks. Our team is starting to use the Gantt view for project management and communicating milestones to management.

  • I use Grid view mostly for my project plans. Just makes it easier to see what I (and the team) need. Occasionally will switch to a different view, but it's pretty rare.

I am sorry, but all of this is OVERKILL. TMI. Can't you summarize a monthly newsletter with links that interest us? MORE —> Well, but my britches. "You will shift to this new model at your first renewal date in 2025." Great. Keep it updated (no introductory talk, just post it) and "dummy proof" in a monthly newsletter for people like me. I do not want a weekly newsletter. TYVM.

I'm defiantly a grid view girlie. The other views are great for projects that have big ideas, but the automation and the ability to manage complicated parts of a project work so well with grid. I'll hop to calendar or card, but grid is the best view for those details.

I am team Grid view. Its what works best for me.

  • I love grid view but as I learn more and create larger projects timeline view is becoming very helpful.

Honestly, I love them all—it just depends on what I’m juggling at the moment. Can I just get all the badges?

    • Timeline View is perfect for keeping track of project requests at a high level.
    • Board View is great for managing workflows and progress.
    • Grid View makes it easy to track details and updates in a structured way.
    • Gantt View works best when I need a more detailed look at timelines and dependencies.
    • Calendar View is clutch for keeping an eye on schedules, time off, and scope creep—because time is money, and stakeholders definitely have thoughts on that.

I use them all because each one solves a different piece of the puzzle!
