Sheet Change Notification Settings keeps getting unchecked.jpg

TWICE in the past week I have had to go in, check the box, and Save it.

PLEASE FIX THIS SMARTSHEET!

The only way I know it is broken is AFTER I run an automation and I do not receive the notification.

@Paul Newcome I did, they gave me a whole bunch of things to try, none of which prevented it from happening again.

I would suggest reaching out again and letting them know you have tried everything to no avail.

I am right there with you Paul. I keep trying to do everything right, but the Support Tickets keep timing out as it is intermittent, but my replies are not accepted as I am outside the 10-Day auto-close window (which is generous); BUT IT DOES NOT REOPEN THE SAME TICKET, so each ticket each time it occurs is a brand new day.

I switched to using Microsoft Edge, which is a little better.

I do keep seeing that Change Notification Setting keeps unchecking itself occasionally if I go to the App on my phone (iOS), and then return to Smartsheet on another machine.

Rows 124 and 125 were sent from my phone using the Smartsheet App.

The next time I checked the settings (in Microsoft Edge) just now at around 19:30 on 10/18/24 the Notification Setting was unchecked.

I do not think that was the issue initially (I still think Brave [the original browser I was using] needs better support), but it still remains an issue if going back-and-forth between Microsoft Edge and the Smartsheet app in iOS.
