Hi Everyone,

Is there a way to remove one of the conditions from the rule? For instance, I have set up a rule that has 10 conditions, I just want to remove one of the conditions from the rule without having to delete the whole rule.

Go to your Criteria under <set condition>, update your criteria by unchecking each item.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, when I try to do that it says I must select at least one value for the condition.

Is there a way around this? Thank you
