I have 2 sheets with scheduled "Send as an Attachment" that I cannot discontinue or delete. Any ideas?

I am new to smartsheets!
I am using Smartsheets to gather data and send out mass messages. How do I send out sheets to a mass group without just texting out the link? Is there a easy way to send out forms via SMS and Email? I need a Smartsheet mentor!
Restricting dropdown options on forms but permitting on backend for editors
I have a form with a question that has three restricted dropdown values. I only want 2 of those values to show on the form but on the sheet it populates to, I want a third restricted option available for a user with access to the sheet to edit.
Deleting something in a Report also deletes it in the Sheet?
I have created a number of reports from a set of surveys, and just realized when I deleted an unnecessary row from a Report that it deleted the same information from the related Sheet. Everything I have read says that Reports are just representations of the Sheets, so why are deletions of cells and rows in my Reports also…
