How to retrieve previous version of the file after data shuttle test run

Our team was running a test on the data shuttle function to pull data into one of our sheets and when they used the "update rows" all inputs and data were gone after the test run.  We requested the snap shot from the activity log but the data was not in there.  Is there a way to retrieve this or go to a "version history" of the sheet?

    Hi @Sespedido_23!

The best option in this case is to request a Snapshot of the sheet, as you mentioned. The Snapshot will provide the data from the sheet as an Excel file, containing data and comments only. Please note that features like conditional formatting, attachments, notifications, cell history, and certain formulas incompatible with Excel (e.g., column formulas, @row, @cell, cross-sheet formulas) won't be included. You can find more information on Snapshots here: Sheet Snapshot.

If you’ve received the Excel file but the data isn't there, I recommend contacting support to have them send a Snapshot from their end. You can reach out to support here: Smartsheet Support.

    I hope this helps!

    Cheers,

    Isaac.
