Hi Community, 

We removed the Account Settings - Resource Management (RM) feature in the Legacy Admin Center due to its low usage by customers. This also serves as the next phase in our migration away from the legacy experience.

This change is available for SysAdmins in Business and Enterprise plans in the Commercial US and EU environments.
