Seeking Recommendations for Tracking Credentialing Process for Multiple Employees

I'm in search of an optimal template to effectively monitor the credentialing process for a group of at least 50 employees simultaneously. This process includes various stages, such as:

Signing the contract date
Starting the training date
Completion date of training
Training completion deadline
Goal date for training completion
Application date for the exam
Checkbox for study session participation
Checkbox for indicating study session dates shared with the new hire

Additionally, having a graphical representation to display the number of employees who finished their training by the deadline or obtained their certification by the target date would be extremely beneficial.

Currently, I am utilizing SmartSheet with only the basic templates. However, I am aware that there are far more efficient ways to leverage the platform, and I need to learn how to do so!

Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Furthermore, I am open to learning about any automation features or integrations within SmartSheet that could streamline the credentialing process. CompassMobileTree For example, automated reminders for upcoming deadlines or integration with other tools we use could significantly enhance our efficiency and ensure that no critical step is overlooked.
