Seeking Recommendations for Tracking Credentialing Process for Multiple Employees

I'm in search of an optimal template to effectively monitor the credentialing process for a group of at least 50 employees simultaneously. This process includes various stages, such as:

• Signing the contract date
• Starting the training date
• Completion date of training
• Training completion deadline
• Goal date for training completion
• Application date for the exam
• Checkbox for study session participation
• Checkbox for indicating study session dates shared with the new hire

Additionally, having a graphical representation to display the number of employees who finished their training by the deadline or obtained their certification by the target date would be extremely beneficial.

Currently, I am utilizing SmartSheet with only the basic templates. However, I am aware that there are far more efficient ways to leverage the platform, and I need to learn how to do so!
