IFERROR(VLOOKUP help

Hello,

Can someone please help me if a vlookup formula

This is what I have,

=IFERROR(VLOOKUP([Student ID]@row, {IDsheet}, 1, false), "Not Found")

But I also want to include another category that must be check before the answer comes back from the same IDsheet

Countif - No Match
Cant figure out why this is not working. It comes back NO MATCH. I have changed it to true and to 1. Nothing works. HELP
