How can I transpose in Smartsheet?

Hi,
We have created a lengthy form in Smartsheet, and trying to read the actual sheet is a little hard. I am trying to figure out a way we can transpose the columns, whether that be manually or automatic.

Have you thought about using a report? columns can be displayed and organized depending upon the audience.

a report won't work because our team needs to be working off the sheet for an internal process.
