Deleting Rows - Any Way to Get them Back?
So I have been deleting rows for project notes and now I am told I should have been moving the rows to a new sheet instead, so the history is there.
Is there any way to get the rows back? I can see in the history, but cannot see the rows data in there. Is there another way?

Hi Jenny! You should be able to go to the Activity Log. Click on the triangle next to the deleted row, to expand the information. It should show you the information that was deleted.

@mcullen Thanks! I tried that and I was only able to get get the full history for a week, otherwise you can view the changes, but it does not tell you the info. Like it will say Row Deleted and when you expand it says the deleted row has no content. Not sure if there is another way. Thanks

@Jenny A. I've come across that as well. :( I'm not sure what causes it, but it seems like a system glitch. Maybe something to do with permissions? I did some research, but wasn't able to find any discussions or guides that specifically mention this issue. I would recommend reaching out to Smartsheet Contact Support. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
