Smartsheet keeps responding "requester failed with status cod 504", please help solve it.

504 is a server-side error, as opposed to a 404 which is local. You might want to try clearing your browser cache and trying again, as there aren't currently and server outages with Smartsheet.

Dollar amounts in a form
I am trying to require a form field to only populate a number to display in a dollar format. I can only see the requirement of a number, but not an actual dollar amount. Is this possible in a form?
Copied Smarsheet as new, now Conditional Formatting will not work at all
