Darshan Hiranandani : How can I request admin approval for active accounts?
Hi Team,
I'm Darshan Hiranandani, encountering an issue where multiple users with active Smartsheet accounts within our enterprise account are frequently receiving a "need admin approval" error. Even though I can send a password reset link to resolve the issue temporarily, it keeps happening. For instance, one user was able to access their account at 12:05 pm but by 12:35 pm, they were again prompted for admin approval.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, what steps have you taken to resolve it? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

I've never seen something like that. This sounds like a bug of some type. I would reach out to Smartsheet Customer Service.
