why is contacts export not working?

Reach out to your system admin, they might have to do something in the back end.
You can identify them by going to your Account > Plan Info > Main Contact.

Update requests for multiple people, same row.
If 3 people receive an update request for the same row, will the update request disappear once the first person updates the applicable row? It does not appear that this is the case, but wondering if it should be?
