Determining duplicate names across 9 Smartsheets

Hello,

I have lists of names on a total of 9 sheets. Several sheets include the same names. I'm looking to get a report or a metric that will show me how many times names appear across multiple sheets. So, another way to ask is, how to I get the total number times names appear more than once across those 9 sheets? (If a name only appears on sheet 1, but not on any others, it would not be counted in the total).

You can create a report to pull from the 9 sheets. Group by name and add summarize by sum. In the column display area you can have the columns you need. This will allow you to quickly see where all the number of names and their location.
