How can I return a score based on the text response in another cell?

I am creating an audit and based on a response of "Yes", "No", or "N/A", I wanted to have a score auto populate. Yes = 5, No = -5, N/A = 0. Is this something I can do or do I need to reference a separate sheet?

Try

=IF([Response]@row = "Yes", 5, IF([Response]@row = "No", -5, IF([Response]@row = "N/A", 0, "")))

Replacing [Response] with whatever your column is called with your audit response in it.
