Notifications for Row Comments

Hello! When someone is @mentioned in a row comment, they automatically get an email notification that includes the Row # and the value of column 1. Is there a way to customize this so additional fields are shared with this notification? Appreciate any advice!

You can "Send update Request" , this will allow you to add the columns you like. At the moment I don't believe there is a way to reference columns/cell through the Conversation section.

@Leroy Noriega - I'm hoping that there is a way to customize that automatic notification that occurs. I'm familiar with using other ways to notify and include columns, but this notification happens when you @mention, and appears there may not be a way to have it always include an additional column or two - that's what I'm trying to find out.

I've tried multiple test in my sheet to see if I could pull any data when I @mention but unfortunately it displays it as a text in the conversation box.

If I find a solution I will come back to this post.
