Automated emails not sending

I setup an automation email workflow on July 24th to a weekly to a group email address. The email was automatically sent on July 29th, my Smartsheet reflected the email was sent on August 5th, however no one on the team received the email. I verified that there was no changes to the group email address.

Any assistance with what's missing or needed?

    Not a solution but we have been having the same issue, in some cases no one will receive but in many its random. I have dozens of reports scheduled to send weekly and every so often some will not go even though it shows it was sent. Then without making any changes the next automation may send without any issues.
