Sheet summary report error
Hi,
I created a sheet summary report linked to many sheets. If the original field is linked to a cell in a sheet that is itself linked to other sheets, it looks as if the calculations are not being made and the report says BLOCKED. When I open the sheet in which my sheet summary is, after a few seconds the BLOCKED becomes the value I'm looking for and it's updated in my report, but it keeps coming back to BLOCKED when I open the sheet again.

The data needs to be refreshed in the sheets 1st and then the data is transferred to the report. At the moment I don't believe there is an automation to automatically refresh the sheets.

Hi @Leroy Noriega, the problem is that my report contains 56 sheets, I cannot refreshed all theses sheets each time I open my report :(

The only ones you need to refresh would be the ones #BLOCKED.
Have you refreshed the report before and waited to see if the #BLOCKED changes to a number?

@Leroy Noriega They are all #BLOCKED as all the sheets have the same field. And yes, I refreshed the report many times, still #BLOCKED until I open sheet one by one.

Hi @Andrée Starå , I tried but it did not fixed the #blocked problem on the report. I won't be able to use sheet summary report. I don't understand how an online tool like Smartsheet doesn't offer a auto-refresh option, at least every hour…
