Has anyone used this feature? How do you save as a view to export in PDF or PPT? Thanks in advance.

Short answer is you cannot print it or export it. The only thing you can do is use a screen capture tool like Snip & Sketch (windows default tool).

Swimlanes - you already have it. Group on whatever you want to swimlane by.
