Error message when uploading a google sheet

I keep on getting this error messages when creating from a googlesheet. I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong.

You're probably not doing anything wrong, it's a little flaky when the sheet is large or complex. When I get this error I can usually fix it by making a copy of just the tab that I'm uploading into a new fresh Google Sheet, then doing the upload from that fresh copy.
