How long does a link and database remain valid for our clients to access their data in Smartsheets?

The database will remain until it is deleted. The link expiration depends on exactly what link you are talking about.

Hi Paul,

Thanks so much for replying to my question. To get the link I select publish on the right side of the page and in publish options I choose ready only-full, then copy/ paste and send the link to our client. Does this help to identify how long the expiration is on this link?

That particular link will be valid until someone "unpublishes" the sheet.
