CountIfs Question

Hi all,

I have a formula where I am essentially counting the number of responses by specific criteria. I have it working with the exception of when multiple values are selected from the drop down. I have posted photos below. I am trying to have it count for all of the areas of concern. For example, the Challenger would return 2 Airline Interest counts and 1 Culture Fit. Right now, it is just reflecting the 2 Airline Interests. It is not accounting for the dropdown option where multiple values are selected. Appreciate any advice! Sorry ahead of time for my stupidity :)

This might work for you - change the names as appropriate

=COUNTIFS({Area(s) of Concern}, HAS(@cell, "Airline Interest" ), {New Hire Pilot Current Fleet}, "Challenger")
