Why when importing an Excel sheet, the top row does not display to select column headers?

When I try to import a specific Excel sheet, the top row does not appear for me to select it for column headers. The row is a text only row and under the character limit. I even created another row at the top of the sheet with short descriptions and I do not see that either.

Is this still happening for you today? If you create a copy of the Excel file, does it happen with the copy?
If so, it would be helpful to see what options are available in Smartsheet, and a copy of the file (with sensitive data deleted out).
Thanks!
